About the Noyac Foundation
How the Foundation Was Formed
The Noyac Foundation grew from a simple concept: that the members of Noyac Golf Club could come together to support the education and professional advancement of the people who serve our community every day.
A committee of seven Noyac members, alongside the three founding board members, worked countless hours over the past year to bring the Foundation from an idea to a recognized charitable organization.
Foundation Governance
The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of Noyac Golf Club members:

Tax Status
The Foundation is a recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization authorized by the IRS.

- IRS guidelines govern who is eligible to receive assistance, the purposes for which funds may be awarded, and the procedures by which grants are administered.
- All contributors and donors receive written acknowledgements suitable for IRS tax purposes.
